All items are made/processed after you place your order.

    (During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.)




2) Shipping Time (Estimated)



Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method:


  • Germany & Europe: 3–8 business days
  • USA & Canada: 3–10 business days
  • Other countries: 7–20 business days



These are estimates and may change due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.



3) Shipping Costs



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, item quantity/weight, and shipping method.



4) Tracking



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (when available).



5) Customs & Taxes



Customs duties or import taxes may apply in some countries. Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility.



6) Incorrect / Incomplete Address



Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
